This Refund & Returns Policy outlines your rights under UK law and explains our process regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013,
you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
In addition, LEDBoxFrame offers a 30-day returns policy for extra peace of mind.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be securely packaged, and we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.
The following products are non-refundable:
Bespoke or custom-printed images (£6 per image)
Used DIY “Print Your Own” inserts (£6 per image)
These exclusions apply as the items are made specifically to your request or cannot be resold once used.
All LED Box Frames come with a 12-month no-quibble manufacture guarantee
excluding return postage and non returnable items.
If your light unit develops a fault within this period,
we will replace it. In some cases, we may request that the unit be returned for testing, but this is rare.
To begin your return:
Email us at sales@seitai.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Await approval and instructions before returning the item.
The item is damaged or not in original condition.
Items are returned beyond the 30-day period.
DIY or bespoke inserts have been used or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Important: We are not liable for any damage caused in return shipping.
To claim compensation for damage in transit from your choosen Postal choice,
you must retain proof of postage and ensure adequate packaging.
If your refund hasn’t arrived:
Check your bank account and contact your card provider.
It may take several days before your refund is officially posted.
If you still haven’t received your refund, contact us at sales@seitai.co.uk.
Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
We only offer exchanges on items that are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, email sales@seitai.co.uk with photos and order details.
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or sent to the gift-giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return items to the address provided in your return approval email.
You are responsible for:
Return shipping costs
Ensuring the item is securely packed
Using a trackable or insured shipping method, especially for high-value items
We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
